A proposed revitalisation of Roselands will begin in coming months as Vicinity Centres; co-owners of Roselands have lodged development applications with the City of Canterbury Bankstown.
The proposed redevelopment project would see major changes to the centre’s ground floor with the creation of a fresh food precinct, the introduction of a new Woolworths, a new Aldi and wide selection of more than 30 specialty food retailers.
The new ground floor precinct would see Roselands become a new home of fresh food that offers customers the convenience of all three major supermarkets – Coles, Aldi and Woolworths on one convenient level.
The development applications will be determined by the City of Canterbury Bankstown in the coming months.
